Approximately 32,500 sq. ft. of Alucobond (Aluminum Composite Panels) and 20,000 sq. ft. of metal cladding

The 21 storey office tower houses 1,650 employees which were in 15 different locations before the merger
The tower houses a 115 meter tall solar chimney, a geo-thermal HVAC system, with 100% fresh air year round
The wall is a one meter wide double exterior that uses computer controlled motorized vents which adjusts the building’s skin throughout the day
These designs allow a 60% energy savings over a typical large office tower
