Mackimmie Tower and Block Redevelopment – Calgary, AB
The University of Calgary’s contemporary addition, providing various services students and improving a vibrant campus.
The Mackimmie Tower is a mixed-use space, accommodating academics, residential, retail, and public use in the heart of the University of Calgary.
A substructure was designed by Thermal Systems to carry the panels at the 750mm depth while maintaining the design aesthetic. The stainless-steel finish is built to function and maintain its appearance over its entire lifespan.
