Complicated geometry and difficult shapes on a fast track pre-build requirement
Extreme and complicated schedule included:

• A 2-year schedule condensed and accelerated to 5 months onsite
• Only six months for design and material procurement
• Constant pricing and budgeting throughout the life cycle due to the accelerated design process
• Ability to pre build panels, and secure large amounts of product early
• Attended weekly meetings to review schedule, productivity, design changes, pricing and progressive QA/QC inspections
• Full time dedicated project management team onsite
• Achieved all milestone dates including substantial completion on the scheduled date
